The Answer:
And, the answer for the the question is :
Explanation:
[STC001898] In 1904, the city of St. Louis, Missouri, became the first city in the United States to host the Olympic Games; nevertheless, the city was not the first option for the top U.S.-hosted Games. In the end, the city of Chicago, Illinois, was selected as the winner. The Summer Olympics and the World’s Fair in St. Louis happened to coincide with one another, and because the organizers of both events didn’t want them to compete with one another, the World’s Fair was moved to Missouri. This was unfortunate for the Windy City. The relocation to a different location proved to be something of a mistake. The invites to participate in the Olympics were not given out to any additional countries until two months before the games were set to begin. And while that omission was not totally to blame for the low turnout of attendance — fewer than 100 of the 651 athletes that participated were from countries other than North America — it was certainly not helpful in the situation that we found ourselves in. Despite the chaos, though, records were set and memories were made in St. Louis, with American gymnast George Eyser winning six medals on a wooden prosthetic leg, and U.S. track athlete Archie Hahn pulling out all the stops with three gold medals and what was then a record time of 21.6 seconds for the 200m race.
